Job Overview:
The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships by visiting clients and providing personalized solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Targets and Quotas:
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and quotas.
- Monitor personal sales performance and adjust strategies to meet goals.
- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
- Identify potential customers through cold calling, networking, and market research.
- Generate and qualify leads to create new sales opportunities.
- Customer Visits and Presentations:
- Schedule and conduct face-to-face meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value of the company’s offerings.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster long-term partnerships.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to address client needs and concerns.
- Sales Negotiations and Closing:
- Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements with clients.
- Close sales deals and ensure proper documentation and contract completion.
- Market Analysis and Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to gain market share.
- Product Knowledge:
- Maintain an in-depth understanding of the company’s products and services.
- Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.
- Reporting and Documentation:
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions using CRM software.
- Provide regular sales reports and updates to management.
- Customer Feedback and Improvement:
- Gather customer feedback and communicate it to relevant departments for product and service improvements.
- Assist in the development and implementation of customer-centric strategies.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to achieve company objectives.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and strategy discussions.
- Event Participation:
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences.
- Promote the company’s products and services to a broader audience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Field Sales Executive or similar role in the IT industry.
- Strong understanding of IT products and services.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software
- Ability to travel as required.
