Business Development Representative (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify new business leads through cold outreach (email, calls, LinkedIn).

  • Understand client needs and pitch relevant IT and communication solutions.

  • Schedule and coordinate discovery calls or demos with the Sales/Tech team.

  • Maintain and update the CRM with accurate information.

  • Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and lead nurturing.

  • Track KPIs (emails sent, calls made, meetings booked, etc.) and report regularly.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1 years in business development, lead generation, or outbound sales (IT industry preferred).

  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, self-driven, and organized.

  • Comfortable with LinkedIn, email tools, CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).

  • Bonus: Familiarity with IT services like SaaS, CRM, ERP, or digital communication platforms.
